HM-10/11 CC2540/1 V40 for WeChat version

1. Based on general firmware V540
2. Please use tencent WeChat debugger tool.
3. Remove AT+ROLE command only support slave role
4. Remove AT+IBEA command.
5. Add AT+DISC<P1> command used to disconnect connection when timeout but remote device dosent complete Auth procedure
   ?  ==> Query
   0~9 ==> 0: Never auto disconnect. This value is default value
           1~9 unit seconds.
6. Add AT+HTML<P1> command used to switch send data to server or HTML5 page
   ? ==> Query
   0 ==> Send data to server (Default value)
   1 ==> Send data to HTML5 page
